ordering & terms
After you've placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email verifying that your order has been placed. Please keep this e-mail for your records. in stock orders will be processed and shipped within 2-4 days once credit card authorization and verification is complete. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will be processed the following business day.
Please contact us promptly to modify or cancel an order. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled or modified.
Each piece of Krista Salmon jewelry (except for oversized or irregular-sized items) will be wrapped in our signature packaging. For large or irregular-sized gift items, we will still package it exquisitely for you.
We accept Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB and Diners Club International. Your credit card will be charged when your order is placed.
Sales tax is applicable only on orders shipped to an address in the state of Virginia. All other orders shipped within the us will not be charged sales tax.
promotions and discounts
If you have a discount or promotional code, you may enter it in the "discounts" box during checkout. Only one discount/promotional code is valid per order.
To inquire about placing an order outside of the U.S., please contact customer service before ordering. Due to the high fees associated with shipments overseas, an additional shipping fee will be added to any international orders.
out of stock and back-ordered merchandise
If you are interested in an item that is "out of stock," please click on "notify when available" and we will contact you immediately when it is back in stock. Please note: not all items will be re-ordered and delivery times may vary depending on the merchandise.
If you are sending a gift and would like to include a gift card with your order, add your message to the gift message/special instructions field on the shopping cart page. Your message will be sent on one of our recycled signature gift cards.
At this time, we do not offer refunds. We do accept returns for store credit on most items. Items must be returned or postmarked within 7 days of receipt for store credit or exchange. They must be unworn and in their original condition with invoice included. Shipping costs on returned items will not be refunded or credited. You will be billed for shipment of new items.
You will receive an email once we receive and process your return. Please allow 7 business days for your return to be processed.
Every piece of jewelry made with natural stones is unique. Variations in cut, color, size and markings are inevitable. We do not consider this a defect or poor quality. If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of receipt to report damage for replacement. After 48 hours, your item will fall within the policy described above. Damaged items must be unworn and repacked in its original packaging.
